	If you decide to cancel the reservation up to 12 hours after your payment, PhanganIsland.com has not paid the deposit to the house / resort owner, then PhanganIsland.com will process the refund and cancel the reservation accordingly by sending notice (by email) to the customer. There will be an administration fee of 300 Baht. After payment of the reservation deposit is made to the resort, the commission paid to PhanganIsland.com is non-refundable.
