HI Simon, Anyword from anyone there on the island about trying to get some kind of group formed to start steering the island into a more sustainable place. IE addressing water and over developement? Saw the poll and was wondering what going on. I saw Becki made mention of the water and all the swimming pools that keep popping up. What is the Green Conservation group all about?

Hi Jacob, Fishing stuff you can get in Thong Sala easy and cheap. Themepark, Oceanworld ... ? Haad Rin is a Themepark by it self .. but for more older kids. Family vacation is better on any other place on the island, Haad Rin is really only party ...

7 years is a long time. Things have changed a lot. THe party is big and a lot of punters going there, but it's what you make of it. If you find a DJ you like and meet up with a cool group of people it can be a lot of fun. I can never seem to find a DJ that I like and end up wishing I'd stayed home.

You are right ... Robin .. the weather is often diffent here then the forecast for samui (the one on our site is also from samui)... the weather on the south side of the Island even can be sometimes diffenent than the north .. strange Koh Phangan ... anyway it's still worth to come, don't expect a lot of sunshine at the moment. But it's still not Raining Season.
