On Koh Phangan we offer short and long term rental agreements in fully equipped houses for all budgets and all time scales. Our database of properties contains both houses and bungalows...both on, and off the beach.

A private place offers you more space and comfort, more privacy, and more personal service. Most of our houses and bungalows are rented out by local people or foreigners, owning property here.

Expenses for food and drink, snacks, accommodation are therefore much lower compared to a hotel where they can easily double or triple your bill. You can buy your favorite food, snacks and drinks at the local supermarket or fresh market. You'll be surprised of the low cost when you pay the same prices as locals do!

When you rent a private house or bungalow on Koh Phangan, you can save about 30 € to 40 € or more per person per day on food, beverages and "extras" compared to staying at a good hotel. Even more important, your vacation is like relaxing in your own tropical dream home. With lots of space and our domestic services caring for your every wish, you simply can't compare it to a hotel vacation.

We use PayPal for online reservation. Confirmed reservations for rental houses or bungalows are only possible, after deposit of 25% of the first month rent.* But we still can arrange bookings without advance payment. In this case we just can't promise that the place will be really free at your arrival, but we sure can offer you alternative houses.
