About Koh Phangan
Simmilar to it's sister island Koh Tao, Phangan was at the beginning found by tourists looking for an escape from the overcrowded Samui and today, the island has a large number of options for daytime activities, bars and clubs, places to stay and alternative yoga resorts.
On Phangan there is huge variety of bungalows, starting from bamboo made bungalows near the beach to first class air-con fully serviced bungalows with mini-bar, satellite TV and large garden area. You can find a listing of all types of bungalow resorts on Phangan on www.PhanganBungalows.com.
One of the easiest way to travel from BKK to Koh Phangan would be to get yourself tickets from Songserm Travel Center for boats and express boats, bus, train, airplanes to the island. Another option is to take an 1 hr. flight operated by Bangkok Airways every few hours from Bangkok to Koh Samui and take the catamaran boat to the island.
During the last 17 years, Koh Phan Gan attracted an growing number of visitors. Some of them somehow find their way back each holiday to the small paradise. Who are those Island enthusiasts?
